Fetched in submodule path 'Tools/haxe', but it did not contain 4e3caeca43c77304ecf8a454865d3a2dbeebeb12. Direct fetching of that commit failed.

what should I do then?

Just try again (you can see the same error happening in the Actions tab, it was fixed shortly after).
