Hi, i have black bar on android, in portrait orientation. Was trying to change settings in AndroidManifest, but no luck to remove it. Im using redmi note 5. Also screen size is 1080x2160, but kha.Window height return 2030. In landscape orientation all good.

android or android-native target?

@robert android, build from android studio, im not experienced in android dev, but after update gradle, and changing styles (windowActionBar, windowNoTitle, windowFullscreen) still nothing.

Guess that hasn't been implemented. Open an issue on GitHub please. Meanwhile give the android-native backend a try, that should get rid of your black bar.
