Hi people, i just want to introduce you Gecko2D, a framework to create 2d games.
The architecture it’s a kind of Entity-Component-System but (thanks to the haxe macros system) it’s pretty flexible and if you want to use it in a object oriented way, you can.
The idea behind this frameworks is to have a foundation to make games easily, but in a flexible way, so if i want use it in a gam jam, or in a long project gecko will be the right choice. Think on it as a "lego blocks", you have a base, and you can grab just the blocks you need to create something unique, big or small.
The API will remain stable without big changes now, but i'll working on it to improve and add new features, and on improve the documentation, add examples online, etc...
